Description
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain qualified Contractors for the Norfolk Community Services Board (“CSB”) to provide Supported Employment and Group Day Support Services for individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Contractors must be licensed providers of Group Day and/or Supported Employment Services by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (“DBHDS”). Offerors shall have at least one (1) year of experience providing group day and/or supported employment services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Offerors may submit proposals for one or more of the services listed in this solicitation.
