ITES-10504 - USA (New York) - Citrix Technical Support Services - Deadline June 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Citrix technical support services to the government authority located in New York.– Provide ad hoc technical guidance and support services for the county’s Citrix and end–user computing environment.– Services may include:• Troubleshooting and remediation of Citrix and related end–user computing issues.• Technical guidance regarding Citrix infrastructure, application and desktop delivery, provisioning, user profiles, policies, access, and authentication.• Review of infrastructure and security configurations to identify risks, vulnerabilities, areas requiring optimization, and recommended remediation measures.• Review of reporting, monitoring, and alerting methods.• Assistance with Citrix and related end–user computing software upgrades, subject to vendor support requirements and the County’s change–management procedures.• Assistance configuring and supporting monitoring solutions used for the County’s end–user computing environment.• Implementation assistance for remediation measures approved by the County.• Knowledge transfer and consultation with County technical personnel.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
