(1) Vendor needs to provide managed information technology services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Approximately thirty (30) users– Dell laptops running Windows– Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint,– Microsoft Security, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams– Cloud–based document collaboration– Remote and office–based users– Standard business productivity application– Consultant shall provide help desk support services including phone, email, and remote support. Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, email issues, printer problems, SharePoint access, network connectivity, and laptop performance issues. Assist with password resets, account access issues, and system troubleshooting.– Microsoft 365 Administration– Device Management– Cybersecurity Services– Backup and Disaster Recovery– SharePoint and File Management– Network Support (If Applicable)– Onboarding and Offboarding(2) Mandatory Bidder's Conference and Site Walk will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
