(1) Vendor needs to provide ICT services to the government authority located in Ireland.                                – Service Desk support – Remote Desktop support (Windows Environment)– Managed Endpoint patching (Feature and security updates)– Support for corporate mobile devices (Samsung and Apple)– 48 hour Break / fix support for endpoints (Time from report to replacement delivered)– M365 Backups of historical and live data– Anti–Virus monitoring, alerting and remediation– Microsoft Defender Suite support, monitoring, remediation and reporting– New Starter & leaver processing– Quarterly Assessments of infrastructure against recognised security standards– Quarterly Service Delivery reports–Development projects for new technologies, services and technologies– 3rd Party system supports including CodeTwo, Zoho, ArcGIS(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
