(1) Vendor needs to provide digital signage, scoreboards, video walls, led displays, and related technologies services.– Equipment and software provision:– Digital signage systems, electronic scoreboards, video walls, indoor and outdoor LED displays, and associated hardware and mounting components.– Content management systems (CMS), control systems, and related software licensing, whether on–premise or cloud or SaaS–hosted.– Data hosting, storage, and portability terms applicable to any cloud–based or subscription software offered, including a description of the program participant's rights to its own content and configuration data upon contract termination.– Design and engineering services:– Site assessments and needs analysis.– System design, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.– Installation and integration:– Complete turnkey installation services, whether performed directly or through licensed subcontractors or certified installation partners.– Integration with a Program Participant's existing infrastructure, networks, and audiovisual platforms– Programming, configuration, and commissioning:– Program scoreboards, digital signage layouts, and content scheduling tools.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
