Inmate Telecommunications and Video Services (ITVS) and Related Services - Escambia County Corrections - Re-Solicit

Escambia County Corrections Department (ECCD) intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek services of a qualified and experienced vendor to provide an Inmate Telecommunication and Video Service (ITVS) and Related Services. The vendor will provide information on the furnishing, delivery, installation and maintenance of hardware and software for an ITVS and Related Services. The system will be utilized within the correctional environments at Escambia County Corrections detention facilities on a revenue-sharing/commission basis. The system at a minimum will provide local and long-distance telephone service, video visitation, digital USPS inmate mail, emails, and text messaging, including a recording and monitoring system with investigative tools.
