APG - Annual Support and Maintenance for A/V, Crestron, UCrypt, Digital Signage and Video Walls

The Police Department has an extensive amount of audio visual equipment located in 10 different conference rooms to include several different types of hardware including but not limited to, Crestron, Mercury, Sharp, Hiperwall etc. There are over 100 locations for IP/TV utilizing UCrypt technology and 20 digital signage locations. The Department has 7 video walls utilizing Hiperwall software. The purpose of this request is to provide support and maintenance for all equipment located throughout the Department and offsite locations. The vendor will be required to provide technical phone support Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 PM EST, within 4 hours of initial contact; provide on-site services within 48 hours; provide replacement parts; warranty parts, escalation support with all external vendors regarding all hardware needs; annual review and PM of all equipment. The agreement should include annual perpetual renewals.
