ON-CALL LIGHTING & ENERGY EFFICIENCY UPGRADE SERVICES

It is the intent of this bid to secure a list of contractors that will be available for hire by the Town of Manchester for Lighting & Energy Efficiency Upgrades as needed during the contract period. Work may include anything related to the improvement of energy efficiency and environmental comfort, specifically building Lighting & Energy Efficiency Upgrades and related electrical work; Insulation and Building Envelope Services; Plumbing & Mechanical Services (PMS). Conservation of electrical, heating/cooling, and water consumption will be primary rationale for the projects awarded. Lighting for public safety and improvement of the quality of lighting for more productive workspaces are also covered under this RFP. All contractors and their work must be in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, building codes, OSHA rules, regulations and standards, and zoning regulations concerning licenses and legal qualifications to perform all phases of required work.
