On-Call Consulting Services for Whole Building Energy and Sustainability Analysis, Zero Emission Fleet Transition, and Infrastructure Planning

The County of Sacramento (County) Department of General Services is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide On-Call Consultant Services for Whole Building Energy and Sustainability Analysis, Zero Emission Fleet Transition, and Infrastructure Planning to support planning and implementation efforts for short- and long-term County facilities and fleet sustainability activities. This solicitation will result in an on-call contract with one or more successful firms for the services described above, which multiple County departments may utilize on an as-needed basis for various projects or "task orders" throughout the contract period. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) includes a Scope of Work and a Sample Task Order Scope of Work. The Scope of Work describes the minimum capabilities required of the firm. The Sample Task Order Scope of Work represents a task order that the County intends to expedite shortly after award of an on-call contract to the successful offeror(s). Task orders will be issued against the on-call contract(s). As one of the requirements of this RFQ process, offerors will submit Fee Schedules from which all task orders will be priced.
