IFB/GS/DWM/DPR/DPW/DEAM2607-1270003/City On-Call Painting & Pressure Washing

On behalf of City of Atlanta this contract is intended to provide responsive, as-needed painting and surface preparation services, enabling the City to efficiently address maintenance requirements across multiple support locations. The contract will identify qualified contractors capable of delivering these services, establish competitive unit rates, and provide the City with a reliable resource for timely response to maintenance requests. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis. The City reserves the right to award contracts to one or multiple contractors and is not obligated to award a minimum contract value.
