On-Call Painting Services

The City of Lawrence (City) is a seeking proposals for On-Call standard and specialty painting and coating services at various Parks and Recreation locations and possibly projects within other City departments. Tasks will be both interior and exterior, varying in size and scope. Services may not be required on a constant, continuous basis, but rather on an as-needed basis during the term of the contract. Individual task orders will be negotiated and issued based on the fee structure provided by the proposer. The City is not obligated for services until a quote for services is accepted or a task order is issued. The City of Lawrence Purchasing Thresholds shall determine the procurement method for services. This solicitation may result in multiple awards.
