ITQ#160409JB Pressure Wash and Paint Fuel Tanks #1 and #2

The City of Homestead Electric Utilities Department is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor to Pressure Wash and Paint 2 above ground Fuel Tanks used to store diesel to prevent rust. There are multiple rust spots concentrated around the ladders of the fuel tanks. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. (Scope of Work) Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City’s schedule.
