ESTATE-11650 - USA (Edinburg, Texas) - Right of Way Acquisition Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide right of way acquisition services to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX. – Provide Right–of–Way Acquisition Services on an “as needed” basis.– The required services will consist of but is not limited to: review appraisal, negotiation, escrow, title coordination, project management and administrative services and other informational interests and purposes.– Appraisal Services – Consisting of reviewing property appraisals and preparation of appraisal reports.– Negotiation Services – Consisting of negotiating with the property owners for the purchase of partial or full properties, right–of–way, easements, relocation and temporary construction easements (TCE's).– Escrow and Title Coordination Services – Consisting of handling the escrow and title work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
