Description
Statement of Purpose The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified Right of Way (ROW) agents/consultants to provide Right of Way acquisition services, plats & legal development, and additional coordination for the Casey St / Grant St / Delta Ln Right of Way improvements (Project) necessary to obtain property rights of parcels and easements to extend Grand Street and complete backbone infrastructure improvements at Delta Lane. These infrastructure improvements are necessary to mitigate traffic issues in support of developing West Gateway Place Phase II, a 60-unit affordable housing development located in the City's Bridge District.
