Description

The City of Edinburg’s Department of Engineering is currently seeking to retain a rotation list of qualified professional Right-of-Way Acquisition Services. The term of the contract will be two (2) years from 10/01/2024 – 09/30/2026. The services request is to provide the following services review appraisal, negotiation, escrow, title coordination, project management and administrative services. and other informational interests and purposes by the City. Generally, the selected right-of-way acquisition service(s) will be expected to perform the services in accordance with the Scope of Services and in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. The City of Edinburg reserves the right to issue multiple awards under this solicitation as deemed in its own best interests.
