Description
The City of Pueblo is requesting the services of a real estate broker (Consultant) licensed in the State of Colorado to negotiate the purchase and sale of improved and unimproved properties for the Department of Housing and Citizen Services and other City departments on an as needed basis. Note: City of Pueblo shall hereafter include all references to "City". Proposer and Consultant shall equally refer to "Broker". Both references to City of Pueblo as "City" and Consultant as "Broker" shall be utilized in the Broker Agreement .
