Public Auction Services for Judicial, Non-Judicial, City Owned Real Estate, and Property Seized by the City Treasurer

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide Public Auction Services for Judicial, Non-Judicial, City Owned Real Estate, and Property Seized by the City Treasurer. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, vehicles and supervision necessary to perform the services required under this contract.
