The City of Clermont is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed real estate firms and certified appraisers to provide comprehensive brokerage and appraisal services in support of the City’s property transactions. Services will include market analyses, certified appraisals, property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, negotiations, and transaction management, as well as advisory support to staff and elected officials.
