Proposals are due at Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . The City of La Mesa’s Human Resources Department is looking for proposals from professional and highly qualified Executive Recruiters or Executive Recruitment Search Firms that are experienced and qualified to provide a full range of services related to advertising, researching, sourcing and delivery of qualified applicants for our vacant Director of Finance position. The goal is to initiate this recruitment service by July 1, 2025 and fill the position by the Fall of 2025 to give the new Finance Director ample time to work with the Interim Finance Director to transition the City’s financial goals and objectives.
