City Administrator Executive Recruitment Services

The City of White House, TN (City), is seeking proposals for Executive Recruitment Services for the City Administrator position. The Request for Proposals documents are available through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/whitehousetn , or may be obtained via email at Purchasing@whitehousetn.gov or picked up at the Billy S Hobbs Municipal Cener, 3rd Floor, 105 D College Street, White House, TN 37188 Monday through Thursday 7:15 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Proposals must be submitted in the format specified in the Request for Proposals. All proposals will be due on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 3:00 pm local time. Questions concerning the Request for Proposals should be submitted through the City’s e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/whitehousetn . Verbal submitted quotations will not be accepted. The City of White House reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a proposal, and to accept any proposal, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.
