(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search services to assist the Board in recruiting and selecting a successor GM/CEO to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Update the GM/CEO job description and executive profile to reflect RTD’s strategic priorities. – Conduct an equitable, transparent national search to produce a diverse slate of highly qualified candidates.– Facilitate a rigorous selection process, including a robust public finalist(s) stage– Conduct professional reference checks and preliminary background reviews, and leadership assessments on late–stage candidates– Oversee the offer and contract negotiations process– Research and Context Understanding– Project Mobilization, Search Governance, and Structure– Role Definition and Job Description Update– National Search Strategy and Sourcing– Candidate Screening and Assessment– Finalist Engagement and Selection Stage Facilitation(2) A non–mandatory pre–quote meeting will be held on June 12, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
