Any bids received after bid closing time will not be accepted. However, the County will accept hard copies of responses. All bids should be received either electronically, or at the location below by the deadline. The project involves constructing a common corridor that links existing Barns B and C. This corridor will house new restrooms and a concession stand, enhancing the facilities' functionality. T he corridor and Barns B and C will be integrated and function as a single unified facility . The entire combined facility (corridor, Barn B, and Barn C) will undergo insulation upgrades and be served by a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and ensure a suitable indoor environment year-round.
