(1) Vendor needs to provide worker’s compensation third party administrative services.– Provide comprehensive workers' compensation claims administration and related services.– A secure, web–based claims management system that allows authorized city personnel to review claim notes, financial activity, reserve history, payment history and standard and ad hoc reports.– Claim intake, investigation, reserving, medical management coordination, indemnity administration, litigation management, reporting, regulatory compliance and claim closure.– A collaborative partner that will work closely with human resources, legal, payroll, departmental representatives and other stakeholders to promote positive claim outcomes, reduce claim duration and costs, support return–to–work initiatives and provide strategic recommendations for continuous program improvement.– Provide a secure, web–based claims management system that allows authorized city personnel to review claim notes, financial activity, reserve history, payment history and standard and ad hoc reports.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
