Workers' Compensation Third Party Administrator and Managed Care Cost Containment Services - Re-Bid

The Jersey City Public School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administration and Managed-Care Cost Containment Services for the District’s Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation program. This proposal is subject to the terms of the New Jersey Public Contracts Law and falls within the definition of “Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services” (EUS). The contract period will be from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 with an option to renew. It is the intention of the Board of Education to award the contract in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:34-2.1 and N.J.S.A. 18:18A-37(a) to the respondent whose response is most advantageous, price and other factors considered.
