(1) Vendor needs to provide fire station architectural services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.– Design and prepare project plans and specifications for the construction of the fire station including the project site build–out.– Conduct geotechnical engineering and investigations of project site.– Investigate and design utilities and infrastructure for project development.– Provide verification cost estimates for the project.– Coordinate with CMAR in developing design documents.– Provide general project administration and construction observation to ensure compliance with the project plans and specifications.– Review contractor shop drawings and submittals.– Prepare weekly observation reports detailing construction progress to keep agency informed of project status and issues.– Conduct one–year warranty walkthrough.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
