25-011 Fire-Rescue Station #2 Architectural and Engineering Services - RFP

The purpose for this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed Proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering services as described below. If necessary, each firm shall complement their abilities with sub-consultants, depending on the specific project requirements. The purpose of this exhibit is to describe the scope of work and the responsibilities of the CONSULTANT and the CITY in connection with the design and preparation of a complete set of construction contract plans, special provisions and incidental engineering services, as necessary, to procure a construction contractor for the Fire-Rescue Station #2 (FS#2). The CITY is seeking Qualifications from qualified engineering firms in good standing and authorized to transact business in the State of Florida to provide planning, architectural, and engineering services for FS#2. In addition, all licenses required for proposers whose businesses and professions are regulated by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation must be active and current. Further, firms must not be listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) as an excluded party.
