(1) Vendor needs to provide businesses, developers, parking operators, property owners, investors, and other parking solution professionals interested in providing concepts, approaches, or potential public/private partnership opportunities for the development, financing, construction, operation, or management of public parking solutions within the City’s Community Redevelopment Area.– The City is particularly interested in hearing from parties who may be willing to propose concepts such as privately developed parking facilities, parking garages, shared–use parking arrangements, structured parking on private or public property, mixed–use parking developments, or other partnership–based solutions that could increase publicly available parking in the downtown area.– Whether the respondent anticipates user fees, leases, revenue sharing, City contributions, private investment, grants, or other revenue sources– Whether the concept may require zoning changes, land use approvals, development agreements, easements, or other approvals(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
