(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership retreat and coaching services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Provide high–quality diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging facilitation and training for a leadership retreat and follow–up coaching.– Continue building a culture of belonging, transparency, and equity, while deepening its organizational capacity to lead inclusively and measure progress meaningfully.– Prepare for and facilitate one retreat for Leadership Team (50 attendees) focusing on concepts and principles.– Provide follow–up coaching to the Executive Team (15 individuals) on communication strategies, inclusive supervision practices, and hybrid and remote belonging–building strategies.– Develop surveys to measure the effectiveness of the leadership retreat and follow–up coaching.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
