Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide results–based accountability training service to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA. – The selected Proposer will be responsible for designing and facilitating an engaging and interactive training program.• Develop and deliver an equity–centered training tailored to a public health context.• Design training content that is accessible and relevant to a diverse audience, including County staff and community members with varying levels of familiarity with RBA concepts.• Incorporate adult learning principles and interactive facilitation methods including discussion, reflection, case studies, exercises, and opportunities for participant engagement.• Integrate real–world public health examples and scenarios that help participants connect RBA concepts to practice.• Provide training materials and tools that participants can apply in ongoing work– The selected Proposer will provide:• Final training agenda• Training curriculum and facilitation plan• Presentation slides and participant materials• Supplemental tools/resources• Facilitation of agreed–upon training session(s)• Post–training evaluation tools• Final summary report including participant feedback and recommendations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
