The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses from licensed and qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) firms to furnish all work, necessary permits, and construction supervision for the completion of the Fire Station 2 project per the terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. Upon the completion of the review process, the City intends to enter into direct negotiations with the most qualified respondent, resulting in a single contract award. The estimated project value is between $10 and $15 Million.
