(1) Vendor needs to provide multifunction devices and managed print services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL. – Provide collect information to enhance its Managed Print Services (MPS) and multifunction printers and copiers.– Industry best practices, technologies, software platform, and managed print service solutions to enhance its MPS and multifunction printers and copiers.– Strategies for fleet management, cost optimization, security, reporting, lifecycle management, and emerging technologies to support a secure, efficient, and sustainable MPS program.– Innovative ideas regarding the current state and future of MPS and demonstrated related experience in cloud infrastructure, innovative fleet assessment, security, service delivery and support are encouraged.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
