Purchase of Multi-Function Devices & Managed Print Services

Project Title The City of Lake Forest is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the purchase, installation, setup and training for new multi-function devices. The chosen contractor will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance and supply management for the newly installed multi-function devices as well as the City's existing printer fleet, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime across all departments. This project aims to enhance the City's operational efficiency through reliable and well-maintained multi-function devices while also reducing the City's internal printing expenses and promoting environmentally sustainable practices.
