– Vendor needs to provide revenue program senior advisor personal services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.  – Strong revenue systems promote domestic resource mobilization, reduce reliance on external assistance and reinforce economic stability.– Conducting assessments to identify countries with sufficient political will and need to support initiation of a technical assistance program.– Supports more balanced trade, addressing unfair practices, improves management of trade flows, and strengthens duty collection.– It works with partner countries to modernize tax administrations by improving income reporting, strengthening tax collection, building staff capacity, and enhancing taxpayer service.– Monitoring the implementation of work plans, including monitoring progress towards work plan objectives, including capturing progress on reporting tools and tracking project indicators.– Improving the effectiveness of the revenue team in support of the mission of the treasury office of technical assistance and in support of treasury priorities and senior leadership.– Identifying and recruiting candidates to serve as Revenue Team advisors and cultivating skill sets of new advisors.– Developing proposals to support programs.– Identifying appropriate staffing for programs and intermittent assignments.
