(1) Vendor needs to provide business resource information, development and guidance ecosystem service to the government authority located in MD. – Provide comprehensive technical assistance (TA), ensuring businesses and have the resources and expertise needed to obtain capital in the form of loans, grants, investments, and contracts to strengthen the region, and navigate the regulatory landscape.– Program will create a pool of resources and offer back office services subsidized software solutions and toolkits for accounting, bookkeeping, payroll management and tax compliance.– Ensuring that businesses maintain accurate financial records, meet tax obligations, and are fully prepared for due diligence processes when seeking external capital.– Provide critical resources and technical assistance to small businesses in the states– Payroll management services– Accounting services– Tax compliance services– Capacity–building and client support(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
