ASM-2544 - USA (San Mateo, California) - Asset Management Services - Deadline June 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management services to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA.        – Provide professional consulting services related to asset management of funded affordable housing, including but not limited to loan compliance monitoring, organizational underwriting, housing quality inspections, and technical assistance to owners of agency–funded affordable housing projects.– Provide technical assistance to borrowers and owners and property managers as needed and as approved.– Review existing loan documents, up to three years of audited financial statements, occupancy reports, operating budgets, annual compliance reports, residential service agreements, marketing plans, physical inspection records, and other relevant documents to assess loan terms, regulatory requirements, financial stability, and any existing or potential operational issues.– Conduct an on–site monitoring visit including review of financial documents and tenant files, and meetings with the property manager and asset manager to confirm operational compliance with regulatory agreements– Ensure that inspectors dress in a professional manner and wear an identifying badge or have business cards available during all inspections.– Submit inspection reports via the cloud–based system within 2 working days of the inspection.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.          (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 08, 2026.
