PWP Energy and Water Efficiency Education Program Services - Request for Information (RFI)

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide energy and water educational programming services to schools within the Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) service territory. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from potential vendors and/or qualified professionals with proven expertise in the energy and water efficiency education industry to assist in the procurement process. The scope of work includes the development and delivery of educational programs focused on energy conservation, water conservation, electrification, and sustainability. Entities interested in providing information about their ideas and concepts for implementing, managing, operating, and maintaining an efficiency education program for sixth-grade students in Pasadena are encouraged to respond. Through this RFI, entities will have the opportunity to provide information about their capacity and experience and describe their approach to delivering a successful educational program. Participation in this RFI will not positively or negatively impact the City of Pasadena’s consideration of any future procurements related to this effort. Responding to this request is not a pre-qualification for any potential future Request for Proposals (RFPs), nor will it result in a contract award. Information submitted in response to this RFI is considered public information.
