Real Estate Market Analysis for the City of Granbury, Texas

The City of Granbury is requesting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from experienced Professional Real Estate Market Analysis Firms for conducting a Real Estate Market Analysis for the City of Granbury. The purpose is to conduct an objective analysis of market area conditions, trends, constraints, and opportunities relative to market support for development of selected categories of commercial and residential land uses in the City. The firm/individual selected will be tasked with examining eight major categories of land uses, with considerations for sub-categories within each, and considerations of potential for relevant uses with a traditional downtown or more suburban setting. The results will provide the City with an overview of near to middle term potential for development of each land use within Granbury and recommendations on generally preferred location characteristics within the city, and specific areas affecting market demand in which the City might be able to meaningfully influence or impact.
