FIRE-1676 - USA (Columbia, Missouri) - Fire Alarm Monitoring Service - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm monitoring service to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.• Provide the services of a supervising station to continuously monitor the building fire alarm panels referenced in the Master Fire Alarm Accounts• Vendor shall include a onetime cost to re–program every communication device to re–direct the signal/calls to go to the vendors supervising central station• Communications with the building fire alarm control panel will be dual path through an IP data port (primary) and a cellular communicator (secondary).• The university is currently updating all fire alarm controls panels with IP communications• Unit pricing shall include fees for providing cellular services• The central supervising station service shall comply with all applicable provisions of NFPA 72 including but, not limited to providing:a. All alarm, supervisory and trouble signal monitoringb. Re–transmissionc. Associated record keeping and reportingd. Testing and maintenance.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026
