ALL SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS SOLICITATION ARE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA THE CITY'S ISUPPLIER PORTAL (ORACLE). NO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN OPENGOV.
