RFQ for On-Call Professional Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying, and Construction Project Management Services

The Town of Mammoth Lakes (Town) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from individual consultants or teams (Consultant) to provide On-Call Professional Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying and Construction Project Management Services on an intermittent basis, in accordance with Government Code section 4525 et seq. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide the Town with specific professional services when expedited services are needed. The Town intends to select and contract with several Consultants, in the form of a Professional Services Agreement (Agreement), for the services described herein. The term of the Agreement shall be for a minimum of three (3) years. After the initial three (3) years, the Agreement may be extended for one (1) year at a time upon written agreement of the Town and Consultant. The Agreement may be extended a maximum of two (2) times, for a maximum total term of five (5) years.
