(1) Vendor needs to provide focus group research service to the government authority located in California. • Conduct at least one Spanish–language focus group• Provide actionable findings to guide communication, messaging, and community engagement• Improve agency’s understanding of statewide sentiment toward emerging therapies and public investment in science• Develop a comprehensive research plan, including methodology, recruitment criteria, and discussion guides• Recommend appropriate geographic locations representing regions• Provide detailed analysis of themes, attitudes, misconceptions, and opportunities(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06,2026.
