Vendor needs to provide directory and scheduling platform to enable patients to receive real–time, accurate provider availability. – The solution must include a user–friendly, public–facing patient access interface.– A key requirement is to incorporate AI–empowered navigation to help patients easily search the directory and identify the most suitable care options based on their needs and location.– The vendor must create a platform that enables patients to see real–time providers (i.e. hospital–based clinicians, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), private practices, etc.) availability (for in–person, telehealth, and in–home options) and book appointments.– This infrastructure is critical for the scheduling platform to function, as it must support secure, real–time data exchange, including provider schedules, patient information, and analytics for tracking access and outcomes.– Implement a statewide scheduling platform, designed and developed specifically to meet the needs of rural clinics, hospitals, payers, and other participating organizations.
