– Vendor needs to provide high level mathematics curriculum service to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Provide developing specifications for new instructional materials for precalculus, calculus, statistics, and math courses and is seeking input from the community.– Materials provide opportunities for students to apply mathematical concepts in real–world situations.– All student and teacher materials are provided in both a print version and through an online platform.– Online platform can be accessed by teachers and students through a single–sign on method.– Online platform for teachers has a well–designed user interface, includes the ability to look at and analyze student data, gives teachers the opportunity to provide feedback, provides technical support, and includes suggestions for effective use.  – Materials require students to engage with and demonstrate understanding of challenging and rigorous mathematics.– Assessments are designed to elicit direct, observable evidence of the degree to which a student can independently demonstrate learning of course–level standards to the depth expected.– Assessments measure student proficiency using methods that are accessible and unbiased, including the use of grade level language in student prompts.– Assessment items are included that are aligned to the item types and rigor level used in related high–stakes assessments.– Materials provide resources for differentiation as appropriate. in particular, the materials should provide guidance and resources to support students with special needs, including english learners, advanced learners, students with disabilities, and students currently functioning below grade level.– Problems, examples, and contexts allow diverse learners to explore mathematics that is relevant to them and reflects their experiences.
