(1) Vendor needs to provide climate policy modelling service to the government authority located in CO.• Support may include additional capacity given limited State staff availability, or technical assistance when State staff lack knowledge or experience using the model for developing particular policy–related emission projections• Task 1 Deliverables and Timelines• Task 2 – Policy Action Research• Task 3 – Administrative• The Executive Summary should include a statement confirming Respondent’s acceptance and ability to comply with the AI Governance and Compliance requirements• Include your organization's policies and procedures for human oversight and quality control of AI–assisted work products including how the firm ensures confidential client data is protected when using AI tools and any enterprise agreements or data and handling protocols in place and how the verification and fact–checking process your firm uses ensures accuracy of AI–assisted research and analysis(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026
