EXTRA-71200 - USA (Pierre, South Dakota) - Environmental Process and Procedures Manual Development Services - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental process and procedures manual development services to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.• Scope of Work required in the Letter of Interest requires the following tasks:1) Cover Letter introducing the firm and identifying the primary point of contact;2) Understanding of the Project – provide a 3–5 page summary of the firm’s knowledge of agency Assignment and SDDOT needs.3) Team Qualifications – provide proposed key staff and their qualifications related to agency Assignment tasks.4) Relevant Experience – provide a 3–5 page summary of the firm’s relevant experience including:a. Previous NEPA Assignment work (preferred)b. Environmental program development or modernizationc. FHWA coordination experienced. Relevant public engagement or tribal coordination efforts5) Availability and Schedule Capacity – (12–18 month project timeline).(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7,2026
