(1) Vendor needs to provide primary consultant services to the government authority located in Grand Lake, CO. – Serve as the primary consultant for implementation of the agency’s Local Implementation, Mitigation, and Policy Action (Local IMPACT) accelerator grant project. • Policy adoption and grant compliance:– Task 1 – Project communication and administration (Duration of Project)– Task 2 – Quality assurance (Duration of Project)– Task 3 – Advance milestones toward policy adoption• Project implementation:– Task 1 – Project implementation and TDM system deployment– Task 2 – Performance evaluation and statewide replication model– Task 3 – Public engagement for implementation activities(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
