9560-0-2023/LW Prequalification for Provision of Temporary Shelter Meals

The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking to establish a prequalified list of responsive and responsible vendors to provide one (1) meal a day for dinner, at least two or three times a week, including holidays, for approximately 100 residents at the temporary shelter located at 1050 Tidewater Drive, Norfolk, VA 23504. All qualified applicants are invited to respond to this request for Prequalifications by submitting an application consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein. The City will strive to assign the work to prequalified contractors but there may be situations where the use of other vendors is required.
