RFQ 8644-0-2021/AB Norfolk Animal Care Center Temporary Veterinarian Services

The purpose of this Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) is to obtain a contract with a licensed veterinarian to provide veterinarian services for the population of animals sheltered at the Norfolk Animal Care Center (“NACC”) for up to a six month period while the City conducts the Request for Proposals process to select the long-term services provider. Specific services include Wellness and Care Services and Spay/Neuter Surgery Services. It is the City of Norfolk’s (the ”City”) strong preference to award the services outlined in this solicitation to one Contractor, however, the City reserves the right to award the contracts two Contractors, broken down by specific service (Wellness and Care Services – Lot 1 and Spay/Neuter Surgery Services – Lot 2).
