9008-R2-2023/KJO Prequalification for Towing Services throughout the City (re-issuance)

THIS IS A RE-ISSUANCE OF REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 9008-0-2022/KJO AND 9008-R-2022/KJO. VENDORS WHO ARE CURRENTLY ON THE PREQUALIFIED LIST DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY. The City of Norfolk is seeking responsive and responsible vendors to provide Towing Services throughout the City on an as needed basis according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. The intent of this prequalification is to establish the following prequalified vendor lists: 1. City Tows a. Gross Vehicle Weight’s (GVW) of 18,000 lbs. and below b. Exceeding Gross Vehicle Weight’s (GVW) of 18,000 lbs. 2. Vehicular Accident Tows a. Gross Vehicle Weight’s (GVW) of 18,000 lbs. and below b. Gross Vehicle Weight’s (GVW) exceeding 18,000 lbs. 3. Vehicle tows from enclosed parking garages Vendors may apply to be prequalified for one or multiple lists depending on their qualifications.
