(1) Vendor needs to provide short term rental program management system and support services.– Includes provision, maintenance, and support of a comprehensive system (software or web application) that includes facilitation of the County’s Short–Term Rental program certificate application process, identification and resolution of unpermitted/expired STRs, tracking and mapping of all existing, new, and unpermitted locations, fee collection, certificate management, and other responsibilities pertaining to the overall enforcement of the program.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
